Zara White

Founder & Executive Chef

Zara underwent extensive chef training in Silwood, Cape Town, South Africa in 2011, where she lived for three years. She returned to London and founded Zara’s Kitchen in 2018 with the view to creating a catering company that honours both her farming background and passion for sustainable and seasonal produce, with her love for art, experiential dining and creativity.

Jochen Heathcote

Having grown up in Cape Town and worked in restaurants around the city, Jochen moved to London in 2020 and took jobs in a variety of 5-star establishments. The City-and-Guilds accredited chef recently transitioned to event catering as Head Chef at Zara’s Kitchen and is excited to continue using his expertise in a new field. An avid enthusiast for anything with two wheels, his passion and professionalism on the road match his attitude in the kitchen.
Daisy Richards Zara's Kitchen

Daisy Richards

Sous Chef

At just 20 years old, Dubai-raised Daisy Richards has already achieved amazing things as a chef in Europe’s busiest city. After training at Leiths, studying food styling and making ice cream on a dairy farm, she has developed an impressive skillset that she currently puts to use every week at Zara’s Kitchen. Outside of work, Daisy is a keen runner and a lover of the Scilly Isles, where she hopes to move some day.

Aidan Parsons

Operations Manager

Aidan would be the first to admit that he loves to talk. Thankfully, as Operations Manager, he gets to do this almost all day, every day. As a professional actor, he filled in the (sometimes lengthy) gaps between jobs with freelance events work, learning the ins-and-outs of the industry before stepping into his new role at Zara’s Kitchen in November 2023. Outside of work, he loves script and short story writing, good food, good company and new experiences.
Lucy Hertzberg Zara's Kitchen

Lucy Hertzberg

Originally from Yorkshire, our Events and Sales Manager Lucy made the big move to London almost five years ago. With a background in sales that she now applying to the Event Catering industry, she loves meeting with new and existing clients on a regular basis to discuss what we can do to help them. Her favourite thing about work at Zara’s Kitchen is that no two days are the same – whether attending meetings, site visits, tastings or events, she adores getting to connect with a huge variety of industry figures and visit the most incredible venues.
