Zara underwent extensive chef training in Silwood, Cape Town, South Africa in 2011, where she lived for three years. She returned to London and founded Zara's Kitchen in 2018 with the view to creating a catering company that honours both her farming background and passion for sustainable and seasonal produce, with her love for art, experiential dining and creativity.
Freya trained as a chef at Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ireland and has worked in catering & events management for the last decade. More recently, she qualified as a nutrition and movement coach and loves to consult for Zara’s Kitchen, creating the more nutritionally specific menus. She has a passion for charitable ventures and incorporating a social responsibility element to Zara's Kitchen.
